The Orangutan Conservancy is very pleased to announce that Putri – one of the orangutans in the virtual adoption program that we sponsor for the Orangutan Kutai Project – has just given birth to a new baby.  Putri and several other orangutans live wild and free in the forest in east Kalimantan Borneo and are followed by Dr. Anne Russon and her team at OKP as they continue their important research work on orangutan ranging.
