COVID-19 Emergency Funding Now Available

The Orangutan Conservancy has opened an abbreviated version of our funding application to help with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Any organization or individual that falls under our normal eligibility guidelines, are welcome to apply for funding. The purpose of this funding is to assist with the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our goal in creating this streamlined version of our application process is to ensure that conservation initiatives and the brave heroes who keep these organizations afloat receive adequate resources they need to protect orangutans. COVID-19 is still very much a real threat to orangutans and could spell potential disaster for their species if we are not careful, it is for this reason that OC has decided to assist projects on the ground in whatever way we can.

Again, only projects and proposals that fit within our normal eligibility guidelines will be evaluated for this funding. Please reference our OC Applicant Eligibility & Guidelines.

The emergency funding application is linked below. Please submit any questions you may have about the application process to [email protected].
